Eugene Welch, Executive Director of South Cove Community Health Center, was honored at the Massachusetts League of Community Health Centers' Annual Awards Gala this year as the recipient of the "Massachusetts Community Health Center Director Award."

The gala was held on Friday, June 5, 2009.
